PASTORAL STAFF

Rev. Cerna Castro Rand is the lead pastor at FUMC LaGrange, with preaching, worship, staff leadership and administrative responsibilities.

PROGRAM STAFF

Jacqui Buckler is the Director of Preschool & Parents' Day Out. She manages both programs, overseeing the hiring and training of all teachers, as well as the overall operation of loving and guiding all the little ones that cross our doorstep!

Peggy Ellis is the Director of Children's Ministry. She works alongside families to develop opportunities for children from birth through 4th grade to connect with their church family and faith.

Hattie Koher is the Director of Youth Ministry. She oversees all youth programming from 5th-12th grades, as well as the Mission & Outreach opportunities at our church.

Emily Paulson is the Director of the Children’s Choirs. Choirs are available for children in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Please contact Emily if you have a young singer who would like to participate.

Dr. Tim Semanik is the Director of Music Ministry. He leads the Music Program at our church, directing adult choirs and ensembles and overseeing all other musical ensembles, as well as coordinating with the many church musicians to share their gifts in worship.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Sam Pasquale is the Building Manager. He keeps the building open and running each day, overseeing a cleaning and maintenance staff, coordinating with contractors to manage the upkeep of the building, and ensuring set-up and take-down of each building event.

Sue Simek is the Financial Coordinator. She is responsible for tracking the church finances, managing accounts payable and recording contributions from all donors.
